Saša Randić
Sasa Randic was born in 1964 in Rijeka, Croatia. He was granted a Diploma as an architect-engineer (1990) from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Architecture. Immediately following this, he joined the Graduate Program at Berlage Institute in Amsterdam, from where he graduated with Master Degree in Architecture in 1992, being amongst the Institute's very first generation. During the 1990s, he was an active member of the Croatian Architects Association and Croatian Chamber of Architects and Engineers in Building. Since 2003 he is president of CAA.

Idis Turato
Idis Turato was born in 1965 in Rijeka. He was granted a Diploma as an architect-engineer (1991) from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Architecture. In 1998 he joined the Graduate Program in Historical Building Preservation at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Architecture, where he graduated with Masters Degree in 2004.
   
       
Sasa Randic and Idis Turato have taken part in several exhibitions and seminars, such as the Biennale of Mediterranean Youth in Lisbon in 1994; "Frame of Metropolis", Zagreb 1995; "Urban Rules", Zagreb 1996 and "Small Changes", Zagreb 1999; Piran's Days 1997, 1998 and 1999; 10 Years After - exhibition at AA in London 1999 and The City: Third Millennium - Venice Biennale 2000. Berlage Institute Rotterdam 2001, Rotterdam Biennale 2005.
Work of the office has been recognized for its characteristic response to the challenges of the transitional Croatian environment.
Office has recently won competitions for Novigrad Lapidarium (2001), Museum of Modern and Contemporary Arts in Rijeka (2002), and Elementary School in Krk (2002).
Work of Randic Turato was published in architectural magazines like CIP, Arhitektura, Oris and Domus. In 2000 Arhitekts published a monograph “Randic Turato – architecture of transition”, with texts by Kenneth Frampton, Vedran Mimica and Darko Glavan.
