Housing block
Housing block with 6 apartments consists of 6 equal clusters.
Each cluster is one apartment, coexisting with neighbours as an individual house with complete privacy and at the same time as a part of a collective living with internal mutual spaces.
Apartment is 5,2 meters wide and 8 meters long, with ground floor, 2 floors and a roof terrace. It has no walls on the side, only sliding glass elements which provides changable face of the facade. The main constructive element is a cylindric wall with diameter= 2.4 meters, which goes through the center of apartments, from bottom to the top. Inside the cylinder are stairs, connecting apartment floors. These apartment trees are separated one from the other with thin strip between two glass facades. It provides a gentle light to the facades inside the building and it gives thin light to the ground floor. On the ground floor is public space with parking for 9 cars and 6 separate entrances for 6 apartments. Each apartment has a private entrance through the 6 cylinders.
On the first floor are living room+ kitchen and dining room.
On the second floor are bedrooms and bathroom.
On the roof terrace is a space reserved for entertainment and leisure- swimming, relaxing in the shadow of trees, sports.
Each apartment has one of the functions on its own terrace.
Every terrace is available for every apartment. It is a mutual space for all the people from the block.
Each apartment participate in a creation of a collective space for advanced living with no more need for hiding and separation.
Apartment trees
Each apartment is unit for itself, with all the necessary things for living, but also a part of an apartment forest with public spaces.
