2005 WORK IN PROGRESS

The spatial and program study of development of Hartera zone introduces one of the possible urbanistical-architectural scenery with ponderation of necessary moves in usage and new purpose of the complex including urbanistical, cultural, historical, economical and spatial-technical values of the location. This study represents a vision, stimulus, wish for sensibilisation of a population, interests, municipal and administrative authority to initiate this complex and lengthened project. The space of Hartera surely represents, with area of port with magazines, Delta, Torpedo, Benčić, quality and potential space for developement of the capital project for City of Rijeka.
According to existing Spatial plan of City of Rijeka the area Hartera is located in the zone of mostly mixed purpose.
The project includes a preservative valorization of all parts of the complex with unambiguous guides for the future procedure in Hartera.
