2004 PROJECT

Urbanistic and architectural composing of a student accomodation complex and restaurants, inside the University Campus in Rijeka, starts with competition determinated matrix of horizontally sistemated buildings which, with proposal ideas, transforms with penetration of perpendicular walkways. The main suggested footpath which starts with buildings of student restaurants, goes through the yard of residential pavilions, enters in the main hall of student home and ends on the north side of the area.
The series of long gallery buildings which are separated with footpath, skid in line north-south, so with that simple procedure gets semiclosed spaces which define intimate space of garden in front of residential pavilion.
