Project predicts the construction of a single-family house with garage for two parkin places. The entrance in the garage is situated on the first floor with direct access from the road on the north of the site. Access road conects the entrance terrace with the road. Internal stairs connect spaces of the entrance floor: garage, hall, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spaces of the ground floor: living room, kitchen with dining room and deposit room, guest room with bathroom.
Connection with external space generates in the ground floor with direct contact with terrace and orchestral green. Roof is in one part streight and in the other part inclinate with the cover copper sheet, and the north facade is closed with the copilit.
