2002 REALIZATION

Building is located in a residential district on outskirts of Rijeka, where natural landscape is gradually filled with family houses and smaller residential buildings. The aim was to find an appropriate housing typology that would adopt quality of the environment. The building is organized as a set of individual units set on top of each other, with a set of terraces facing southern view. Each of the units has a separate outside entrance.
