The buildings are situated on the terrain with hight difference of 29 meters. The big terrain inclination and quality of view determinated main and conceptual indications. Buildings and external pool with terrace follow the terrain from soth to north. This concept permits the intimacy of evry single unit, atractive view, adaptation of building to the terrain, with minimal
modellation of terrain. Sistemation of buildings is result of specific organization of residential units which gets pedestrian access road. This separates building from terrain, and assicurates the adecvate illumination and ventilation. Conceptual idea of the floor plan is characterized by the division in three horizontal zones. Every single terrace contemporary follows the terrain and creates roof for the inferior units. This simple principle assicurates the adecvate protection of residential space from sun and rain, and contemporary assicurates modern forming of a compleks with elegant horizontal forms integrated in the terrain.
